BroadPoint Federal, Inc. awarded the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Task Order for Case Management!
Bethesda, Maryland (April 25, 2023) — BroadPoint Federal, Inc. (BroadPoint) is excited to announce that it has been awarded a contract to support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) with their case tracking systems.
Since 2018, BroadPoint has been a trusted partner of CFPB helping to streamline workforce and consumer-focused workflows. Because of their successful relationship, CFPB awarded BroadPoint a new contract to continue support services for the case management systems it developed in the Tyler Application Platform from Tyler Technologies. BroadPoint’s solutions automate workflows for three CFPB offices: the Office of Human Capital, the Office of Civil Rights, and the Ombudsman’s Office. These systems, purpose-built for case management in the public sector, significantly accelerate processing times and enhance decision-making support for leadership.

For CFPB, BroadPoint has developed multiple systems to better manage and monitor case processing from intake to resolution. They connect information from multiple sources and generate timely reports and alerts – all within a secure web-based interface. As a configurable commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product, Tyler's Application Platform can be tailored to support specific needs. For example, BroadPoint tailored the Ombudsman application to capture the inquiries submitted by consumers, monitor time to address the inquiries and automatically remove confidential consumer data from the system per data retention rules.
BroadPoint focuses on case management pertaining to a wide range of functions, including Employee and Labor Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Reasonable Accommodations (RA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Ombudsman use cases. Prior to this award, BroadPoint held a multi-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with CFPB for developing, supporting, maintaining, and hosting all case management solutions at the agency.
